SILVERTHORNE, Colo. — The bucket brigade isn’t just for buckets of water anymore. Firefighters in Colorado used it to rescue 12-packs of Coors beer Friday after a semi hauling the beer crashed in Silverthorne.

No one was injured in the accident just off Interstate 70, CBS Denver reported.

The truck’s brakes reportedly went out as it traveled along on an icy patch of road, and it clipped a Jeep before going down an exit ramp for Silverthorne, Summit Fire and EMS said in a statement. That’s where the semi overturned and crashed.

Firefighters removed the 12-packs of beer so the trailer could be towed away.
