SEATTLE — Seattle firefighters rescued a man while fighting a two-alarm fire in an abandoned apartment building on July 12.
Fire was showing from the top floor of the four-story building in the First Hill neighborhood when firefighters arrived, KIRO reported.
Firefighters found a man on the top floor during fireground operations. He was treated by paramedics and transported to a hospital.
The fire had extended through several areas and burned through the roof.
Firefighters were withdrawn from the building and fought the fire from outside.
