A car was pinned beneath the tractor-trailer, with the driver trapped inside. Initial crews were able to carefully free the driver by systematically cutting away parts of the vehicle to create access with a secondary plan to lift the tractor-trailer using rescue-style struts, enabling the car to be winched out.
