Fire Chief Jack Parow (ret.) was fire chief for the Chelmsford (Massachusetts) Fire Department from 1991 to 2010, and served as president and chairman of the board for the International Association of Fire Chiefs from 2010 to 2011. He has an MBA from the State University of New York Empire State College, a bachelor’s degree in fire engineering from the University of Cincinnati, and an associate degree in fire science from North Shore Community College in Danvers, Massachusetts. Parow currently serves as secretary/treasurer of the Fire Chiefs Association of Massachusetts and president of Parow Consulting and Associates.
