What began as a simple project for firearm storage has evolved into a nationally recognized brand specializing in secure-storage and command solutions for the public safety industry. As TruckVault continues to grow, the team remains committed to the personal approach and foundational values that launched the company.
TruckVault’s dedicated public safety managers work directly with fire professionals in their regions, building lasting relationships to understand and address the unique needs of each department. This collaborative approach enables engineers to gather valuable feedback and innovate product lines, such as the sliding command centers in the Pro Line and the versatile Responder Line ideal for rapid-response vehicles.
One notable example of TruckVault’s dedication is the support given to Andres Steevens, deputy chief of Spokane Fire District 10 in Washington. After Steevens lost his vehicle in the devastating 2023 wildland Gray Fire in Medical Lake, Washington, TruckVault stepped in to re-outfit his rig with a Responder 3.
Steevens’ department hosts a small fleet of Tahoes, each with an identical Responder 3 setup. The intentional replication encourages consistency during calls. No matter who uses the vehicle, they know the exact layout, tools and features available. TruckVault understood this need and sought to meet it. The company’s ability to give back to professionals like Steevens and his department, who make significant impacts in their communities, demonstrates the strong bonds TruckVault builds with its clients.
As TruckVault continues to expand its fire and EMS offerings, the team will focus on strengthening relationships to enhance each department’s impact on their respective communities.
