SAN DIEGO, Calif. — An oxygen tank exploding inside a burning ambulance in California was caught on video.
The video, posted to video sharing site YouTube last week, shows the blast at the 1:46 mark. The man recording the explosion says the video is his “audition for Channel 8.”
An electrical fire caused the oxygen tanks to explode inside the ambulance parked at a Walmart in El Cajon, Calif., Fox 5 San Diego reported. Rescue crews quickly extinguished the blaze and no injuries were reported.
This is the second video posted online in the past week showing a burning ambulance as it explodes.
