Even if you keep a strict fitness routine, you may find there are times when your motivation lags. Using events – such as 5Ks, half or full marathons and stair climbs – can be a great way to stay motivated to meet your fitness goals.

And nowadays, you can select virtual workout events to keep you motivated without having to travel.

In the following short video, Aaron Zamzow shares five factors to consider when selecting an event for fitness motivation.

Looking for your next fitness motivation? Lexipol is honored to sponsor the Fire Rescue Fitness 5K +343 virtual workout event.
