DUBAI, United Arab Emirates — Firefighters are known for walking through and into fires. But walking on water? That’s a different story.
Firefighters in Dubai have been equipped with water jetpacks, which allows better access for attacking shoreline fires, reported The Guardian.
The jetski-jetpack uses water from Dubai’s bay to propel firefighters; a hose is also part of the kit. The new tool aims to reduce response times in the traffic-laden city.
