LILBURN, GA - LFG Command Systems has released the next generation of incident command; the Digital Fire Command Board. The Digital Fire Command Board addresses numerous needs for command officers including: accountability, staffing, on-scene management, unit staffing, and event logs.
This application can be linked up to your CAD system or you can generate the units on scene by a series of hotkeys. The system is designed for a commander to safely and quickly have a firm grasp of the crew’s position and the time of the completion of the task. No more guessing how long a crew has been at work - this will keep the commander ahead of the incident.
The application is designed to be so simple that the commander can input what is going on while driving down the street on the way to the scene with the voice command feature. Once on scene, the commander has the luxury of utilizing a touch screen and saves time in the transfer of command The application is also designed for safety officers can input data remotely into the event log thus giving the best possible data to break down and discuss during the post incident meetings with the crew involved. This application is not only a command tool but is also designed to be a training tool.
