The Oshawa, Ontario, Fire Department has taken delivery of a rescue pumper from American LaFrance. The apparatus, built on an Eagle chassis, features a Detroit Diesel engine and an Allison 4000 EVS-P transmission. Other features include a Hale Qmax 1,750-gpm pump, a 600-gallon tank, a FoamPro 2002 foam system and a Honda 5-kW generator.
