Hooksett (N.H.) Fire-Rescue has taken delivery of a pumper/tanker from E-One. The apparatus, built on an E-One Typhoon chassis with seating for four, features a Cummins 400-hp engine and an Allison automatic transmission. Firefighting features include a Hale 1,500-gpm, single-stage pump; a 1,000-gallon United Plastic Fabricating (UPF) pump; nine exterior compartments; 1,000 feet of large-diameter hose; and a TFT Monsoon deck gun.
