NELSONVILLE, Ohio — Bringing together firefighters, law enforcement and military from across the country and internationally, Rocky Boots public service division partners with the Kingston Police Hockey Classic to raise awareness and funds for first responders. The 11th Annual Classic will host fifty teams, across eight divisions, to compete for the prize. The event will take place at the Lovell Ice Arena in Rockland, Mass.
“We are really excited to be a part of this year’s hockey classic as it supports our first responders who are the backbone of every community. With nearly 800 attendees, this is a special and fun way to thank them for their courage, sacrifice and dedication through a game that we all love,” commented Mark Dean, Vice President and General Manager of Rocky Boots Commercial Military and Public Service Division.
The Kingston Hockey Classic tournament is open to all law enforcement, fire, and military teams, and each team is allowed two non-first responders to participate. Each team is guaranteed three games, and there will be a playoff round for each division in addition to the Championship games on Sunday.
