MADISON, Wis. — A group of responders finished an elderly man’s yardwork after he fell while mowing the lawn.
Channel 3000 reported that the Madison Fire Department responded to a call about an 80-year-old man who was too weak to get up after falling down while mowing his yard.
The crew found the man on the ground, so they helped him up and took him inside to check his vitals before requesting an ambulance to transport him to the hospital.
As the man was transported, the crew finished the man’s yardwork so he wouldn’t have to complete it when he returned home.
The responders then locked the house and put away the lawnmower before returning the keys to the patient at the hospital.
