Video: Ga. firefighters rescue dog from burning home

SMYRNA, Ga. –– A video of Smyrna firefighters rescuing a dog from a burning home has gone viral.

FOX 28 Media reported that the Smyrna Fire Department was called to the scene of a house fire. After making sure all humans were safe, a video posted on the department Facebook page shows a firefighter handing a small dog through the window of the burning house.

The department also posted a picture of the firefighters with the home and dog owner.
