8 rules for properly displaying an American flag

The American flag is considered a living symbol under federal law. We must treat it as such.

It is important to show our patriotism correctly by displaying our flag appropriately. Here are eight important rules for properly displaying the American flag.

  • Embroidered Stars and Sewn Stripes
  • 100% Made in USA
  • For High Wind and All-Weather Conditions

Of course, the flag is not to touch the ground. Displaying a faded, torn or tattered flag is also inappropriate. Don’t forget to fold your flag properly when you are done displaying it.
