Witmer Associates, Inc. Is Acquiring Moul Enterprises Inc. and Mason-Dixon Fire Equipment, LLC.

COATESVILLE, PA - Witmer Associates, Inc., a leading, national multi-channel distributor of public safety equipment and supplies announced today that it is acquiring Moul Enterprises Inc. and Mason-Dixon Fire Equipment, LLC., both leading fire equipment and supply companies serving the Mid-Atlantic region. This positions Witmer Associates, Inc. as one of the largest public safety equipment and supply companies in the United States.

James A. Witmer, President of Witmer Associates, Inc., commented, "This acquisition will continue our strategy of growth in product line offerings through our multi-channel model, including our industry leading e-commerce site, TheFireStore.com, a large direct sales force and retail locations throughout the region. By combining our resources, including Moul and Mason-Dixon's experienced sales teams, we expect to enhance our ability to serve the firefighting industry throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. We'll be able to bring each firefighter, fire department, and public safety provider a wider range of products along with the award winning support services that each company currently provides to their respective customers."

Mr. Witmer went on to say "We are proud to add both of these strong businesses and well-recognized names to our family of companies. Similarly, we are excited to welcome Moul Enterprises' and Mason-Dixon Fire Equipment's employees to the Witmer Associates team."

About Witmer Associates, Inc.
Witmer Associates, Inc. was established in 1985 - doing business as P & R Products Company. In 1994 they initially entered the firefighting equipment industry with Gearmasters, their custom designed line of Fire Station Turnout Gear Storage Racks and Lockers. In 1996 the company launched their first e-commerce site: HelmetPartsSource.com, in response to demands from firefighters for replacement helmet parts. Today the company continues to sell replacement parts for Cairns, Bullard, Morning Pride and Phoenix firefighting helmets. The firefighting business is just one side of Witmer Associates' rapidly growing business. In 2004 the company launched OfficerStore.com as they entered the Law Enforcement portion of the public safety arena. 2005 saw the acquisition of PA Police Supply which accelerated their growth in the Law Enforcement equipment and supply market.

Today the company serves both the firefighting and law enforcement industries, offering product lines from more than 400 manufacturers. Distribution channels include two nationally recognized e-commerce sites, TheFireStore.com and OfficerStore.com, four retail locations provide customers with a unique opportunity to get a feel for a product before they buy, plus a large direct sales force made up primarily of experienced firefighters and police officers able to provide the personal attention and support each department requires.

Witmer Associates' motto is "Where Professionals Shop" and this continues as we extend our commitment to provide the industry's best equipment and supplies to the professional men and women who serve to ensure the public's safety.
