BullEx™ Digital Safety and GT&E received this award for HotShot™, their innovative fire extinguisher training system. The HotShot™ fire extinguisher training system eliminates the need for flammable fuels and extinguishing media, providing waste minimization, cost savings and resource conservation. The training of oil and gas industry personnel using HotShot™ versus conventional training methods will translate into a savings of 5,000 gallons of fuel and 75,000 pounds of extinguishing media in the U.S. Gulf coast alone.

If trainees fail to use the proper technique, the flames respond accordingly. Flames can diminish, grow gradually or even reignite.
