READING, PA - Elbeco is pleased to announce its acquisition of California-based Transcon Manufacturing, a U.S. based ISO 9001-2000 registered manufacturer ofNFPA certified NOMEX flame resistant station wear, wildland and tactical uniforms with a loyal customer base among law enforcement, firefighting, correctional, military, and EMT personnel world-wide. With this acquisition, Elbeco is now able to offer its customers an expanded product line of NFPA certified FR and tactical uniforms as well as improved service to our west coast customers with a California-based distribution facility.
