Sherry assists all members on FireRescue1 with matters from retrieving their username and password, to assistance with job postings, to providing technical support for the website. Along with assisting members on FireRescue1 she also provides Customer Service to our other Online Divisions - PoliceOne, CorrectionsOne, and EMS1.
At her previous Customer Service position with World Savings Bank, Sherry has received multiple awards for her excellent customer service. She continues to provide customer service with a smile that you can see even over the phone!
