Kurt T. Bradley is the director and senior grants consultant for CHIEF Grants, consulting fire and EMS public safety agencies across the U.S. in their efforts to obtain grant funding. Kurt has attained certification with the National Grant Writers Association and holds the following certifications as:

Kurt retired in 2001 with 26 years of public safety and grant-writing experience. He has attained a career 78% funding success rate in obtaining grants in his role as grant writer for the department. In the last two years, Kurt has assisted in placing over $26 million dollars into local agencies hands on various Federal, State, Local and Private and Corporate Foundation grant programs.
Kurt has been published as a freelance magazine journalist. He was a staff columnist to several local newspapers and wrote a weekly column. He is frequently asked to appear as a guest speaker and instructor for national conferences involving Department of Homeland Security funding issues and he conducts grant writing training seminars nationally throughout the U.S.
